How do I order?
Choose your product and send us an inquiry using the form. We will get back to you with a personal quote. Your order only becomes binding once we have confirmed it.
How quickly will I hear back?
We get back to you within 2 working days with a personal quote, often sooner. If it is urgent, feel free to call us.
How far in advance do I need to order?
Mini cakes from 1 day, classic, themed and 3D cakes as well as cupcakes usually from 2 days in advance. The form automatically shows you the earliest possible date. For weddings, events and sweet tables it is best to ask a few weeks to months ahead.
How much will my cake cost?
The prices on the website are guide or minimum prices. The exact price depends on the number of people, the design and the work involved. You will receive it with our quote.
Can I pick up or have it delivered?
Both. You can pick up from our production kitchen in Basel by arrangement. Delivery within Basel costs CHF 40.–; outside Basel we charge by distance. You will find the exact amount in the quote.
What is a photo print on edible paper?
We print your photo on edible paper, which you place on your cake yourself. Up to A4 the print costs CHF 25.–, up to A3 CHF 40.– (larger is not possible). You upload the photo directly in the inquiry form.
Do you make vegan or gluten-free cakes?
Yes, on request vegan, lactose-free, gluten-free or egg-free. We cannot completely rule out traces of other allergens. If you have allergies, we are happy to advise you personally.
Can you copy a cake exactly?
We interpret your idea creatively and are happy to be inspired by pictures. We do not make exact copies.
